Strawberries with vanilla gelato and Aceto Balsamico tradizionale Academia

 

Ingredients

 

Strawberries

1 Lb

Vanilla Gelato

4 scoops

Sugar

2 tbs

Aceto balsamico

to taste

 

Procedure

Rinse

Get rid of the stems and cut in half the strawberries.

Season

With sugar and a little bit of Aceto  balsamico Academia. Let it sit for one hour in the fridge.

Process

1/5 of it in a blander and combine together again.

Serve

The ice cream in individual plates topped with the strawberries, drizzle some additional Balsamico on top.
