Strawberries with vanilla gelato and Aceto Balsamico tradizionale Academia

Procedure

Rinse |
Get rid of the stems and cut in half the strawberries. |

Season |
With sugar and a little bit of Aceto balsamico Academia. Let it sit for one hour in the fridge. |

Process |
1/5 of it in a blander and combine together again. |
|
Serve |
The ice cream in individual plates topped with the strawberries, drizzle some additional Balsamico on top. |
